  1. Educational Seminar
    Topics include, but are not limited to:
    1. Injury prevention (ACL, throwing, head and neck, overuse)
    2. Strength training (Proper technique, specific skills, lifting)
    3. Performance (Nutrition, speed, agility, plyometrics)
